Metallics, show your scars baby.
Had a good time at the Aller’s tonight playing… Rock Band. We really need to get this game. No embarrassing pictures to post tonight.
Posted from my iPhone.
Camera Bag is a new app for the iPhone that takes the shoddy (albeit better then my Blackberry) camera and turns it into a miracle of Chinese manufacturing. You see, I like taking pictures, especially when I get to style them up to look like my favorite film camera, the Holga. What is charecteristic of the Holga is a heavy vignette, and overly saturated colors. Camera Bag mimics the look of the Holga, turning the lemon if the iPhone camera into lemonade.
Let me know what you think.
How many roads must a man walk down
Before you call him a man?
Yes, ‘n’ how many seas must a white dove sail
Before she sleeps in the sand?
Yes, ‘n’ how many times must the cannon balls fly
Before they’re forever banned?
The answer, my friend, is blowin’ in the wind,
The answer is blowin’ in the wind.
Well, we made it through two weeks of Phlogging… How ’bout that.
Made with the Photoshop Animation Tool.
This evening, we decided to have a little FHW with our friends the Allers at Hee-Haw Farms in Pleasant Grove. The highlight was going on a wagon ride (sans hay bales) to a pumpkin patch. As we went out, high-school kids dressed up threw candy our way into the wagon. Doing so, a Bit-O-Honey got thrown into the wagon, to which I then decreed it to be the worst Halloween candy of all time. After a moment of thought, I retracted that statement and decreed the Necco to be the worst candy of all time. Serious, when you go the store to buy Halloween candy, to you consciencly make the decision to make everyone that comes to your door made that they took the time to walk up the step, only to be rewarded with slightly flavored chalk?
Please people, there is better, also cheap, candy out there.
What is your least favorite Halloween candy? Favorite?
This might have been an easy out seeing that the empty plastic cup of yogurt was sitting on my desk, but back off; I did it.
Well, Ty and I headed up to PC today to get some pics. We came away with some cool ones as we scurried about the mountain. The highlight of the day was when we came around the side of the hill into the top of Jupiter Lift at PCMR. Awesome.
More photos after the break.
Well, look what we did here. We got some drywall up, and turned the basement into a photo studio. Nick brought some lights courtesy of SLCC, and we set up shop. Here is a few, enjoy the full thing after the break.
More after the break, but you need to click on that continue link…
